Types of Darts Games

<- 501 ->

This is the most common type of dart game. This game can be played both as a team and 1 x 1. More often 1 x 1 is played in "501" or "301", and for training endings, you can play in "101" or "170" (a feature of this game is that 170 is the maximum number of points deducted by three darts, that is, for one approach), but the team most often plays “701” or “1001”.

Purpose of the game: each player (in turn) throws 3 darts, writing off points. The one who first reaches 0 is considered the winner.

The rule for calculating points: Hits in all sectors, doubling and tripling are considered (if a player falls into a tripling of a sector, then points = Sector_Number * 3). Points scored for 1 approach (3 darts) are added up and this amount is deducted from the balance.

End rule: the last throw should be doubled in the corresponding sector (for example, if there are 40 points left, then you need to get into the doubled sector "20", and if there are 32 points left, you need to get into the doubled sector "16"). Beginners usually play without this rule. By agreement of the organizers of the competition, players can end, for example, only with an even sector.

Busting rule: If you hit more than necessary, then this approach does not count (that is, if you have 8 points left and you hit the sector "18", then you should remove your dart from the target and in the next approach start again with 8 points).

<- American cricket ->

This game originated in America. You can play as a team and 1 x 1.

Purpose of the game: each player (team) must close all sectors from “20” to “15” and the bull, while scoring the same or more points than the opponent.

Closing rule: A sector is considered closed if it is entered at least 3 times (for example, 1 time in tripling this sector or just 3 times in a sector).

Scoring rule: If you enter a sector that is closed for you and the opponent is not closed, then you will be awarded points (for example, if you have closed sector “20” and the enemy is not closed, and you’ll be tripled “20” then 60 points will be recorded). You can play without this rule.

<- Big round ->

Good game to warm up. You can play alone or with an opponent.

Purpose of the game: score as many points as possible by throwing three darts in turn at each sector from "1" to "20" and the center.

Scoring rule: The number of hits in a sector is multiplied by the number of this sector (for example, if you throw 1 into the sector and triple 1 and enter the sector once, then the points scored in this sector: (3 + 1) * 2 = 8). Points scored on each of the sectors are summed up and the final result is displayed.

<- 27 ->

At 27 they play to train to double. You can play alone or with an opponent. The beginning is played out by a throw at the center (the distant begins).

Purpose of the game: Go through all the doubles in succession from doubling "1" to doubling "20", keeping points in the black.

Scoring rule: Each player is given 27 points. First, the player rolls 3 darts to double sector "1". Moreover, each hit on the target brings 2 points (1 * 2), if none of the darts hit the double, then 2 points (1 * 2) are deducted from 27. Then the player throws a “2” double, each hit brings 4 points (2 * 2), if none of the darts hit the double, then 4 points (2 * 2) are deducted. And thus, each player must go through all doubling up to a doubling of "20" inclusive. If the points become less than 0, then the player leaves the game.

<- Sector 20 ->

All throws are made in the sector "20". You can play alone or with an opponent.

Purpose of the game: Collect the maximum number of points in 10 sets (30 darts).

Rule of scoring: Only hits in sector "20" are considered. After each approach, we consider the current amount of points.

<- Bull Sector ->

All throws are made in the center of the target, only hits in the bull and the green ring are considered.

Purpose of the game: first to score a predetermined number of points or the maximum number of points for a certain
several approaches, for example, 10.

Scoring rule: Bull brings 50 points and the green ring 25 points.

<- Round of doubling ->
The goal of the game is to hit all doubles in turn, starting from 1 and ending with sector 20, for the least number of darts than your opponent. Until you fall into the doubling of the 1st sector, you do not proceed to the second. Hit - went to the second, etc.

This game can be played by one player and setting personal records.

<- 7 lives ->
The number of participating players in this game is not limited. The goal of the game is to score more points in one approach than the previous player scored (counting, as in 501). If points are scored the same or less, then 1 "life" burns out. If more is gained, then the “lives” are saved and the next player tries to surpass this result. Once all the life ", " burn up ", the player is eliminated.

The game can be complicated, for example, limited to the 20th sector. With a miss in this sector, life will burn out, and with a set of 180 points, it will be restored, while the score is saved.

<- Hockey ->

After the start of the rally, the winner throws darts at the center (Bull 50). If he misses all three darts, then the move is passed to the second player. If the 1st player gets into the center (gets the puck), then he appoints a doubling of the sector into which he will throw darts (score goals). When hit in this doubling, he gains one point (scores one goal), if 2 times then 2 points. After 3 throws, the 2nd player throws. Since the 1st player took the puck (hitting the center), to intercept it the 2nd one also needs to get to the center, after which he assigns his doubling of the sector. If the 2nd player does not get into the center, the 1st can score points (score goals) in the doubling of the sector that was assigned to him before. The game is played up to a certain number of points agreed by the players before the game.

<- Around the clock (dial) ->

One of the simplest games. An unlimited number of players can take part in it. Each player must consistently fall into numbers from 1,2,3,4 to 20 (the last to hit the number 25). After the player makes three throws, the next player’s turn comes. The player who hits all the numbers first becomes the winner.

<- A set of points ->

Exercise “Setpoints” provides for the continuous or alternating 30 throws in 10 series of three darts for the best amount.
The result of the exercise is determined by the sum of the points scored as a result of all accurate hits in the target.
If you get into the doubling and tripling zones, the points are accordingly doubled and tripled and added up to the total points.

<- Diameter ->

Players randomly choose two diametrically opposite sectors and try to hit them by doubling and tripling in an imaginary straight line, for example, doubling of sector 11 - tripling of sector 11 - small (green) ring - a tripling of sector 6 and doubling of sector 6. The one who passes the imaginary line first wins at given points.

<- round ->

The rules of the game come down to hitting sectors from the 1st to the 20th, then Doubling and Triplening of the 20th sector, and end the game by hitting a target in the Bullseye (Bull Eye).
If in a series of throws all three darts reach the goal (for example 1, 2, 3 or 12, 13, 14, etc.), the thrower continues his game out of turn.
The credit field of the sector is its entire area, including the “Doubling” and “Triple” rings. The winner is the player who first hit the bullseye.

<- Quick round ->

The game is based on the rules of the game in the “Round”, plus the fact that when a given sector is hit in the “Triple”, the account moves forward three positions. (For example, you need to hit sector No. 10. You fall into the “Triple” of this sector. Now your goal is sector No. 13).
When hit in the "Doubling" account, respectively, moves two positions forward.

<- Double round ->

The game is based on the rules of the game in the “Round”, except that the credit field of each sector is only its “Doubling”.
Note: this game is most conducive to the development of your technology. Be sure to include the Double Round in your daily workouts. For a change, you can also play Triple Round according to similar rules.

<- "1000" ->

The test field for the game is Bull Eye and Green Ring.
Each player initially does not have points and collects them in a series of three darts, taking into account only “50” and “25”.
The winner is the one who scored 1000 points.
The game has a brute force rule.
Note: Depending on your level of preparedness, you can play according to these rules in "500" or "250".

<- All fives ->

In a series of three darts, players strive to score a maximum multiple of 5. A series of throws that give a number not a multiple of 5 does not count.
The number 5 gives 1 point, 10 - 2 points, 50 - 10 points, etc. .. The winner is the one who scores 51 points first. The game has a brute force rule.

<- Shanghai (Shanghai) ->

Caught in a simple, double, and triple segment during 1 round - gives victory - Shanghai. The game consists of sequentially getting into segments from 1 to 20.
Getting into a simple segment gives 1 point, in double - 2 points, in triple - 3 points.
The winner is the one who scores the highest points. If a player falls into simple, double, and triple segments during one round, he automatically becomes a winner, regardless of the number of points.

<- 301 Parcheesi (run away!) ->

The game starts at 0 (zero). Even during the game, one of the players achieves the same number of points with any of the participants in the game, thereby destroying the opponent’s points and he is forced to start the game again. When collecting more than 301 points, the player loses the right to a further throw and receives on his account the number of points over 301. The player with the first score of exactly 301 points wins.
